Takeshi Kawaji is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Invast Securities Co. Ltd. (Japan), the publicly listed parent company of Invast Global. Prior to his appointment to this role in January 2010, Mr Kawaji served as Vice President and Managing Director, having joined the company in April 2000. Mr Kawaji ensures Invast Global embraces its Japanese heritage of innovation, transparency and integrity in providing world-class multi-asset prime services.
Gavin White is the Chief Executive Officer at Invast Global. Gavin has over 30 years experience as a high profile trader and senior executive at top tier Investment Banks such as Citigroup, Bankers Trust and Barclays Capital. Gavin has utilised his trading expertise, industry network and deep market knowledge to provide high quality FX and DMA CFD trading services to Funds, Brokers, Money Managers, Family Offices and Professional Traders around the globe. In 2017, Gavin was appointed as an Executive Director on the Board of the publicly listed Japanese parent company, Invast Securities Co., Ltd (8709.JP).
Michael Cunningham is a non-executive director on the board of Invast Global in Australia. Michael’s career in Financial Markets, Risk Management and Advisory roles spans three decades. He has previously held the role of Treasurer at Goldmans Sachs Australia and Citigroup. In addition to his investment banking experience, Michael has served as the Chief Risk Officer: Oceania Region for Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ. Most recently, he served as a Partner in KPMG’s Financial Risk Management Practise.
Jon is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Invast Global in Australia. He is a highly skilled financial services professional with over 30 years experience. Having gained a degree in Computer Studies, he spent many years in traditional technology roles at UK investment banks. Jon then moved into a business role in Australia, managing product design, system implementation and business analysis at several Asia Pacific CFD brokers. Mr Leung’s expertise has greatly assisted Invast in developing their Infrastructure, Dealing and Operations teams, whilst providing support to their globally growing client base.
James is a seasoned financial markets professional with over 10 years experience across both exchange traded and OTC derivatives. Having worked on the Institutional derivatives desk for a number of U.S. Investment Banks and Brokers, James draws upon this experience to deliver a first class Prime of Prime solution covering FX, CFDs, metals and oil to institutional and wholesale clients of Invast. He specialises in bespoke liquidity relationships for brokers, institutions, hedge funds, and professional money managers.
Nick has a wealth of experience working across global listed and OTC derivative markets in both voice and electronic environments. He is presently completing the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program, has an engineering background and specialises in combining technical skill and knowledge of global markets with a deep desire to understand client needs to provide optimised prime services solutions.
Younes is the Global Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of the Invast Group. He holds a Masters of Electrical & Electronic Engineering and has spent most of his career working in senior technological roles at leading investment banks in Japan. Younes joined the Invast Group in May 2017 and is responsible for developing, setting, and delivering the vision and strategy for the IT department while ensuring that they are in line with the business’s core vision, mission, and values. He leads the IT department in planning the achievement of strategic business imperatives, driving exceptional performance at scale and coordinating the deployment, evaluation, and management of the current and future technologies across the business. Younes can fluently speak English, French, Japanese and Arabic.
