Trading experience
Provide evidence of:

• 25 trades*1 per quarter with a broker over the previous 12 months OR

• 15 trades* of qualifying size per quarter over the last 12 months with a broker.

Wealth

• A minimum annual income of A$100,000 OR

• Net assets of at least A$500,000

Knowledge

• Engaged, associated, or employed in the financial sector for at least 12 months OR

• Held formal qualifications relevant to an understanding of financial products OR

• Demonstrate knowledge of financial derivatives through the trading suitability assessment.

*Trades are defined as trades executed with a broker for Margin FX, CFDs over Indices, Commodities, Currencies, Metals, and Shares

Financials

• Net assets of at least A$2.5 million OR

• Minimum gross income of A$250,000 for each of the last 2 financial years.

Declaration

• You are required to complete the Invast Global Wholesale Investor Declaration.

Certification

• Provide a letter of confirmation of financial standing from a certified accountant.
